Treasury Business Development Support

Responsibilities:
- Involvement in building, testing of interfaces among systems, including FX Trading platform, to/ from Treasury system
- Oversee an end to end operating model across business units and ensure implementation of control requirement
- Oversee development and on going infrastructure maintenance (i.e. enhancements and modifications) of all products and services to maintain or enhance competitive positions
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data trasnfer from related systems, e.g. real time nostro (core banking and Treasury system).
- Support Global Markets by reviewing and producing Product Program Guideline (PPG), Global Markets Policy and Procedure (P&P) and collaborate with Compliance team to ensure compliances of regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
- Having 2-3 years experience in Products Management or Business Development, preferably with Treasury or IT background;
- Having sufficient knowledge in FX and IR related products and end to end process (Front/Middle/Back office);
- Having a pleasant personality, confidence, integrity and client focus;
- Having strong analytical and problem solving skills especially in process and operating model re-engineering to support clients requirements;
- Preferably having strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and documentary (e.g. power point);
- Preferably having good understanding of related central bank regulations;
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
