Contact Center Supervisor
Jakarta Raya



Responsibilities:

The role is responsible to manage and monitor the performance of Contact Center in order to provide good service and appropriate procedures to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills
  • Having experience at least three (3) years in related environment
  • Expert interpersonal skills
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy
  • Leadership experience including training, mentoring, coaching in a call center environment
  • Supervisory experience managing team of up to 15 call center agents
  • Variety of software experience at an intermediate level to include Microsoft products (word,excel, ppt, etc)
  • Excellent banking knowledge preferable
  • Good analytical skill to review staff and department performance
