The business activity of BRI Syariah was even stronger after the signing of the Separation Deed of the Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. to merge into PT Bank BRISyariah (spin-off process) dated December 19, 2008, which was effective on January 1, 2009.

Qualifications
- Preferably male
- Possess Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00 or possess Master degree with minimum GPA 3.20
- Maximum age 25 years old for Bachelor degree and 28 years old for Master degree
- Attractive appearance with minimum height 165 cms for male candidates and 158 for female candidates
- Willing to follow the BRISyariah SODP program employment bond provisions
- Willing to be placed in any BRISyariah office all over Indonesia
